Interior renovations, done carefully
Five kinds of work, each done by the owner on site, from prep to cleanup.
Bathroom renovations
A bathroom is where shortcuts show up later as leaks, cracked grout and soft subfloors. The whole job is handled in-house: demolition, framing, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and trim. That way the parts you'll never see get the same care as the parts you will.
Powder rooms and partial updates such as a new vanity, toilet, flooring or a tile refresh.
Tub-to-shower conversions and full updates of a typical 5×8 bathroom.
Full gut renovations, primary ensuites and higher-end finishes.
These are typical starting ranges to help you plan. They are not quotes. Your price depends on size, layout changes and the finishes you choose, and you'll get it as a fixed number after the free in-home estimate.
